Now that you have completed the Homeowner Basics class we would like to know how we can provide future assistance with helping you to move your project forward. Here are some of the usual ways we can help.  If these don’t fit your specific requirement please contact us.

  1. We can provide contact information for assistance from Surfrider Foundations”s Ocean Friendly Garden Program Coordinator.  The Surfrider coordinator in your area may be able to bring volunteer resources to assist with parts of your garden makeover.  They also have answers to the most frequently asked questions and offer success stories on their website.  Surfrider has created the Garden Assistance Program (GAP) that seeks to assist OFG class attendees who have done their “homework”: come up with a design, gathered materials, invited neighbors to help, provide food and drink for your neighbor and Surfrider volunteers and agree to pay-it-forward.  Visit the Surfrider Ocean Friendly Garden Website to get more information.
  2. A G3 Renovation Audit/Survey:  Onsite appraisal by G3 Certified Landscape Professional.  We will review the areas of your property that could be adjusted for a more sustainable approach. We go through a check list and observe what specific things could be considered in a Green Overhaul. The Go Report will be your to do list as you move to a design that incorporates sustainable elements.
  3. G3 Consultation: We offer a property review, analysis and on site consultation. The onsite consultation – is a tool for generating ideas that are tailored to your aesthetic and the specific needs of your property. A typical consultation consists of three parts: 1). Review of pictures and property description and wish list you submit, 2). a walk-through of your property followed by 3). a presentation of ideas on how to make your property more sustainable. G3 Certified Landscape professionals will analyze your situation, prepare the presentation of images, ideas, resources, and alternatives that will help you:(1)  Decide what elements you want to include in a renovation/redesign, or
    (2)  Understand the various elements and investments required to make your property more water conserving and sustainable options or,
    (3)  Provide informational specifics on design and project costs.
