Certified Professionals have completed the Core Concepts Workshop and the Watershed Wise Intensive Seminar, a comprehensive four-day hands-on training program in sustainable landscaping techniques, urban watershed restoration, and community organizing. G3 collaborates with Certified Professionals to develop and implement all of its programs and projects. G3 Design and Consulting Projects and Curriculum Development require a Certified Professional as Project Team Leader. Certified Professionals also are tapped to lead the more advanced Hands-on Workshops on Sheet Mulching, Soil Remediation, Sponge Gardens (a.k.a. Raingardens), Planting & Irrigation.
Successful completion of the Certification Examination with a grade of 80% or greater is required to earn the designation of Certified Professional. Beginning in 2013, Certified Professionals also will be required to accumulate CEUs to maintain the continued validity of their designation.

- Dry-weather runoff elimination
