G3 Certified Landscape Professionals
These professionals have completed a comprehensive training program in sustainable landscaping techniques and the application of current technologies to the urban landscape. Certified Professionals have analyzed current state, local county, and city ordinances and guidelines for implementing sustainable practices in their field of expertise. They have successfully passed a certification exam testing general knowledge in soil restoration, California-appropriate plant material selection, native habitat creation and urban watershed restoration, dry-weather runoff elimination, storm water pollution prevention, water harvesting and reuse, water budgeting for landscapes, and sustainable landscape stewardship practices.
