Qualified Trainers have completed the Qualified Trainer Path (Core Concepts and Communications Workshops), a two-day training program focused on the principles of water efficient landscapes and low-impact design and G3′s proprietary techniques for workshop facilitation. The purpose of these workshops is to establish a minimum competency in the concepts and aptitude for telling the G3 story of sustainable landscape transformation.
G3 Qualified Trainers are encouraged to learn the G3 Attainable Sustainable Watershed Basics Classes and Garden Steward Series, becoming trainers for G3 in their own community.
Qualified Trainers are eligible to “table” at any G3 events, hand out business cards, and network with audiences at G3 Homeowner and Garden Steward classes. Qualified Trainers who continue their studies through the Intensive Seminar are eligible to take the Coordination Workshop, a specialized workshop geared toward training G3 Associates techniques for creating coalitions to support and fund Homeowner and Garden Steward Programs and develop Custom Events for their communities.
