Student Design Salons are comprehensive landscape design/build workshops targeted to high school and college students, allowing them to reimagine their school campuses as Watershed Wise landscapes.
- Assess a site on their campus
- Research soil preparation, planting, irrigation, and grading options
- Evaluate various design alternatives and prepare preliminary plans
- Select appropriate course of action that could be implemented at a later date
- Create presentations for fund-raising and consensus building with the school stakeholders
- Hands-on Workshops to build all or part of the projects
