Garden Gurus Provide One-on-one Technical Assistance and Coaching for property owners including design assistance, irrigation evaluation, irrigation timer programming, construction phase coaching, logistics coaching, etc.
- Develop and communicate metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of the program
- Recruit and train Gurus from local pool of Certified Watershed Wise Landscape Professionals
- Conduct a two-day training to certify new professionals if none currently exist in region
- Train Gurus in successful interaction with property-owners and facilities managers to maximize the value of the visits
- Develop sample plans, evaluations, discussion points, data sheets, and recommendation forms for Gurus to discuss with customers
- Create registration website with information about program
- Schedule appointments and assign Gurus
- Manage communication, document workflow, and archive materials
- Follow up to assure timely completion of deliverables
- Report to client on a regular basis
- Survey customers to ascertain impact of the assistance
- Evaluate and report on effectiveness of overall program based on metrics developed with client
