Workforce Development Training allows G3 to work with community colleges, technical training institutes, and work force-focused non-profits to focus on practical training and hands-on apprenticeship experience for landscapers, gardeners, and maintenance teams.
- Utilizes a combination of classroom and hands-on field work
- Offers training and opportunity to practice critical skills necessary to successfully design, build, and manage these new Watershed Wise landscapes
- Develops critical thinking skills
- Promotes teamwork for effective problem solving
- Integrates additional business and communication skills for running a landscaping company or becoming a valuable employee such as data analysis and presentation creation, public speaking, budgeting, marketing, basic HR practices
- Expanded training includes the Watershed Wise Landscape Professional Certification in Irrigation System Auditing
